Very unprofessional and rude. Don?t greet guests in a timely manner or even acknowledge us after standing at counter for 10... minutes. The only employee that has any idea of how to treat guests is the guy David who always greets and serves in arespectful way. I used to go put of my way to go here, because they always made my order correctly. Now it seems like the kids working there... are just playing around the entire time and everything is made wrong. Can't go inside, the staff was really bad, and prices were ridiculously high, I had to ask for a receipt because I honestly... thought they were trying to scam me. I come by here every year for a family reunion and I used to stop in, grab coffee anddonuts use the restroom, it was a great place but the past few years it's never open to the public, drive through service ishorrible, and prices seem way out of whack. This place is horrendous, went there last week I always order multiple drinks I have the app and had a free drink it didn't come... up when she scanned the app and I told her and she told me it'll come up when she shuts her drawer and of course it did not Ilet it go thinking maybe she was new or didn't know what she was doing went back today she did the same thing to me so it's oneof two things she really doesn't know what she's doing or she's a scammer won't go back.
