This might be the worst Manhattan Bagel branch I've ever been to. Ordered online, when I got there I was told they dont have any... of the bagels I ordered. The ones I got were clearly stale and barely warm (I ordered toasted). If I wasn't in a hurry I wouldhave checked the bagels and refused to accept them but I took the bag and left. Coffee wasn't even warm either. No wonder thisbranch has bad rating. If you don't have fresh bagels please tell the customer. Please fix this ???? Read more
Every time I go here my order is incorrect. I have given this new ownership multiple opportunities to do their job correctly,... and they always find a way to mess it up. For instance, this morning I ordered a bacon 2 egg and cheese sandwich on an Asiagobagel with the bacon well done and a ham egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel for my dad. I received raw bacon on mysandwich and no egg on the ham egg and cheese sandwich. I am very frustrated with this new ownership and they really should goback to the old ownership if they plan to stay in business. As for us, most likely I will not be returning to this location andwill go to the feasterville location, who has never messed up my order in all the years I have been a guest at Manhattan Bagel.Have a great day and hopefully if there is a next time, this location will actually get an order correct.
