We ordered two Chicken Protein Bowls thinking it would be the healthier option. The chicken was charred and the beans were so... salty that we had to stop eating after a few bites. Unfortunately the worst Qdoba in comparison to other locations. Read more
First time I go here and they charge me for my order, and another customers food. Why? Because they don't keep orders separated... at the front counter. They're too focused on making new orders as they come in, and piling it up at the front. I get stuckpaying for 4 items on my bill. I question how could it be this much? They were hesitant to reverse the charges hoping I'd justgo away and accept it. Nope. Second time I pay first and spend minutes waiting for my food. Another customer picking up anonline order comes in, they focus on him and don't give me any update on my order. One girl puts my food with the othercustomers order. I assume its his. He walks off. And it turns out it was my order. So what do they do? Go out to get my foodback. I'm not going to eat something someone else walked off with. They were hesitant to remake it, but only did so when it gotawkward enough. There was a manager or owner there, doesn't seem like they care about mistakes. It has to be an awkwardsituation for them to fix mistakes. And some customers get bags and others don't for some reason. Here's my solution: I'm notpaying until my food is made first. Read more
