Ordered Hawaiian and 8 wings tonight.. The slice on the pizza had 3 big slices and rest are small as seen on pictures. Taste was... bland, it's pretty much cheese pizza. The wings, we ordered 8 for $9.99 and got 7... Never going back to this one. Poor to noquality control. Should've went with Panago.. Read more
This is becoming 'not pizza at all' they become totally stingy on all ingredients especially the cheese - it used to be pulling... your slice with cheese you had to break apart. I love Pizza Hut so when I moved to Walnut grove I was happy there was one close by. Oh boy. The sloppiest made pizzas. Very... stingy on toppings (1/4 of the slices won?t have meat) and toppings are just mounded in random locations. On occasion, therewould be slices with only cheese and sauce! If they just took 30 extra seconds and actually care that they are serving food orpreparing a meal for someone it would make a huge difference. wow guys what on earth has happened to this place? This establishment has been my weekly go-to for my chicken wing cravings for... over a year. Last week The girl told me over and over that the dips were in the bag. I double checked (thankfully in therestaurant) and nope. No dips. THIS week I ordered 2 different sauces and medium hot wings. I got burnin hot buffalo wings, andtwo of the same sauces. Fix this. send me a link for someone who I can email because as a solid regular customer I am notimpressed. Theres bad... This location refuses to answer the phone. Instead they just let it ring until the call center takes the call. Which is fine... when you are ordering but when there is an issue with your order and the call center cannot help you even they have no way ofcontacting the restaurant. We have had multiple problems with orders over the years and everytime the only thing you can do isdrive up to the restaurant because they won't answer the phone and for its not just around the corner. The final straw was thislast halloween when arranged to have pizza delivered 30 minutes before the kids were to go out trick-or-treating and 2 of ourpizzas were missing both happened to be the only type the kids will eat. We had pre-paid online and my son received the pizzaswhile we were busy and he didnt know how many we ordered. Once we discovered the mistake the restaurant wouldn't answer thephone and the call center suggested we just keep trying to call again and again and hopefully they would answer the phone.Finally we gave up and my wife had to drive to the restaurant and then wait another 20 more minutes while they remade the pizzasbecause they didn't have them. The kids were gone before she got back with the pizzas and didnt get any dinner. Did they evenoffer to refund the delivery fee nope just gave my wife a free pop and didn't care. Never again. The location by our old housewe never had 1 problem in over 7 years of ordering from them. This location we have had on average 2 issues a year. Includingorders being more than an hour late, receiving someone else's order, wrong pizza's, missing items. It's too bad because PizzaHut is our kids favorite but we won't order from this location again. Read more
