I was surprised with the taste of the food. They use high quality ingredients (the meat used in their soups are expensive cuts),... and are skilled in their dishes. The side dishes were also very fresh. I was a bit cautious because it's often that restaurantswith a wide menu (this restaurant has quite the interesting mix of korean foods), the food quality may lack, but this was notthe case at all. We both had the basic bebimbab, and it was fantastic. Bright, fresh ingredients, with miso broth, hot sauce, and an assortment... of cakes and pickles on the side (plus brown rice tea). Genuinely surpised by the quality of the food. I had the mixed soon tofu soup. It is very authentic, flavourful with a generous... topping. This is the best I have had in Vancouver. What they did perfect is that soon tofu soup is between soup and stew. Theynailed it. Strongly recommended! I would drive to come here. Read more
Food was delicious at this spot! I tried the pokè and my friend tried their pork ramen. Service was okay, but I found it... strange how we were seated at a table then told that we would have to move if a big group would come. A big group didn?t come,so we were fine.
