My wife and i were very excited to try this place since yesterday but when we arrive at 11 it was still close when on maps it... says they open at 9 so that was already a negative to start. today we stop by around 2:00 and it was finally open but once wewalked in you can tell they don't clean often as they should. But we still wanted to give it a chance so i order 3 tacos and mywife was looking at the tamales and she realize that they had mold???? it look like they have been there for a while and at thepastries section it did not look sanitize at all but i had already order my tacos and felt bad to cancel my order or even saysomething. Once we got our tacos and took a bite the meat taste bad so we didn't even bother to eat the rest. The place needs agood deep clean and keep track on what food is still good and throw away the spoiled food. The personal was nice, it haspotential! But i won't come back again sorry. Read more
For the longest time I didn't want to try this place because no mexican restaurant other than El Primo in Norristown has ever... exceeded my expectations. I made the mistake of trying yesterday 10/25/2022. I ordered the Mexican Style Cubana Torta (I getthis all the time from El Primo so I know what's supposed to be on it and how it's supposed to look) Well when I went to pick upmy order 30mins later, the guy hasn't even started on it. So I wait 20 mins. I paid $30 for 2 Tortas. I get home and they aren'teven what I ordered. My torta I ordered was the 1 with breaded chicken what I got was a piece of ham and hotdogs ???????? wedon't eat pork. So I send my daughter back over there to tell the guy and he spoke no English and didn't understand. Had to showhim a picture of what we were supposed to get. He remade the sandwich but umm it was again not what it was supposed to be. Hechopped up the chicken, didn't toast the bread so the bread was soggy with the sauces used, no pickled jalapeños. I paid $14for each Torta, what was made is definitely not worthy of that price. Very disappointed ???? and angry that I paid $30. I wouldlike a refund but I know that won't happen. Read more
This is an amazing little stop. He has another Bakery in Norristown. He also has real authentic Tamales cooked in Banana Leaves.... He has a three for $10 dollar taco special, he re-cooks the meat on the grill before putting it in the Tortillas... Then you getto choose from Napoleons, Canalis, cookie specialties!! Best to order at the restaurant for take out. Food is phenomenal, best tacos I've had any where, including mexico.

Love the food and baked goods. Love the service. The inside isnt too nice, but take out is great.
