Called to place a delivery order, and the person that took our order never put it in. Told us it would be about 45 minutes to an... hour wait. Called back after 50 minutes (looked at the time that we first called) and the manager told us that it was never putin and that it would be an hour and a half wait. Also telling us that it was someone who was training that handled our order. Imalso a manager at a restaurant, and when we have new workers we over look everything they do to make sure we have a smoothshift. When I heard this I gave a small laugh of shock and she proceeded to question if I had laughed. She proclaimed it was nota laughing matter to which I agreed and she proceeded to argue with me about the time that has already passed. When I asked fora manager she said she was the manager and when I asked for her name she hung up. Terrible service. Terrible representation.Never again ordering from here. Read more

I placed my order online at 7:14pm. The time.for pick-up was 7:36pm. I got there at 7:38pm. My pizza wasn't even prepared nor... was it in the oven. They guy said 10 minutes which would make it 7:50p.. I didn't get my pizza until 8:04pm. Almost an hourafter I placed my online order. The girl said that got super busy which is understandable but aren't the orders suppose to beprepared in the order they are recieved?. I didn't receive an apology nor a Thank you for waiting. On top of that my daughtercame to pick up my grandson and grabbed a piece of pizza only to find a hair embedded in the crust. I am so done with CottageInn Read more
We usually go to the east lansing location but unfortunately they have been out of the apple pizza and thats one of our favs, So... I decided to go to this location because they had it and wow did they do us dirty!!! Everything was undercooked, our cinna breadwas literally still dough and worst of all the apple pizza was just a huge fail. Very upset to get all the way back home and noteven be able to eat any of It. I will be reaching out tomarrow first thing and hope they do something to fix it!! Read more

Now two times i made an order over the phone and first time was told the lobby is closed at midnight with lobby lights off, door... locked and chairs up with no indication the business is open besides the open sign being left on?no where on any of the doors orhours of service does it state that the lobby closes before 3 am?yet both times the lobby was locked and shut down let?s notmention the times I?ve drove by and assumed it was closed and didn?t place an order. Ericka is the manager who told me it closesat midnight but couldn?t explain why it doesn?t state that on any of the hours of operation?I love cottage inn and it?s a shameto think our downtown location is losing so much in sales due to this especially because tonight downtown was extremely busy andnot one person was aware that they are and in fact open. So much money lost due to poor staff and employees that doesn?t want towork. Cottage inn please address this issue because the night manager ericka is running your business to the ground.
