Went through drive through. Told me to park in parking space til my order was ready. In the meantime 4 other cars orders were... delivered. A young man came up to my car and stated sorry not your order. He would check my order. He came back a few minuteslater and said they had to remake my food. Food was cold cheese was not melted on the sandwich. Very disappointed in service anddefinitely food. Not sure I will ever go back there. Read more
Never disappointed when I visit here. The food is always good and there is enough on the menu a super fussy 9yo sees something... they'll eat too. Love the cheese curds. And the burgers. Read more
I went through the drive-thru during the dinner rush today and the line was very long which I expected. I waited in line for 30... minutes without a way of being able to get out of line. There were curbs on both sides and a car in front and back of me, so Ihad to wait. I ordered my food and within 5 minutes paid for my order. They gave me my drinks at the drive-thru window. Theytold me to pull ahead and they'll bring my food out. 30 minutes later I get my order and it's wrong. The ice in my drinks hadalready melted. The milkshake was melted and warm. I was very nice to the lady who brought out my dinner. And she was verypleasant to me back. She apologized for the long wait saying that they were very short staffed. I have no issues with the actualemployees that work there who are trying to make a living. My issue is with Culver's management. They could have let people knowthat the late wait times we're going to be extremely long. Or they could have closed the store. Even close the dining room orthe drive-thru and left the dining room open. Something else should have been done. It was handled very poorly. I will not begoing back to Culver's. The prices are very expensive and the food isn't that great. I could have went to a sit-down restaurantfor how much I paid and for how long I waited. I probably would have got my food a lot faster if I did. Read more
There was a long 45 minutes wait going through the drive-thru plus a parking wait. We finally got our fish sandwich baskets and... they were probably the most bland fish sandwich we ever had. We even asked for extra tartar sauce. My sandwich had none and mywife's had very little. We normally like Culvers, but we probably won't be going back to this one. ???? Read more

Culver?s is good. But my gosh are they slow, and this particular location is exceptionally glacial in their pace. The design of... the drive-thru is also such that once you?re in, there?s no way out. I suspect this is deliberate. There is a fantastic chickenrestaurant that has efficient drive-thrus perfected to a science. Culver?s should throw all money possible at replicating theirexpediency.
