Perfecto Sushi, but I'm charged almost $3.00 for a little sauce drizzle that is suppose to be included in the menu price? That's... kinda a ripoff! Also the quantity on the plate is less than most Sushi restaurants. Read more
Hands down the best sushi restaurant in Michigan. It's a little hard to find, tucked away in the corner of a strip mall west... side of lansing near the Target. Friendly owners and staff, clean and cozy environment. Price is to be expected for good qualitysushi, on par with other popular Japanese restaurants(nigris are actually cheaper for certain menus). They prep everythingthemselves down to the sauce, nothing in their menu is pre-made or frozen in bulk. Best quality of sushi rice in town(Contraryto popular beliefs quality of rice is the most important factor when it comes to judging taste of sushi. Top sushi restaurantsaround the world have their recipe for sushi rice kept in secret passed down through generations), and you won't be able toexperience sushi better than here at least in greater Lansing area.
