Went in with a few friends last Thursday night for some drinks. Lo took outstanding care of us. Funny, personable, and... incredibly creative when it comes to making Martinis. She crafted a custom martini for each of us based on our preferences andno one was disappointed. As a lover of bourbon, mine featured a generous portion of Woodford Reserve and it was fantastic. I have been going to this place since 2000 and always had a great time. But tonite 7/9/2022 will be my last. The parking lot to... the rear of the Exchange was $5 with a voucher if you were going to the Exchange or Omar's which would be taken off your bill.Now it is $10 with a $5 voucher. Have no problem with this. The parking attendant said she ran out of $5 vouchers so I was wouldnot get the $5 off. She told me to ask the bartender and she gave her name.(very nice person). Talked to the bar maid but shesaid she could not do it or she would lose her job. The other person in there was also no help. They needed a voucher. What'swrong with this picture, call the manager or owner and get more vouchers, there still are a lot of parking spaces. I was angryand left and will never set foot in this place again. What ever happened to customer service. Do those employees even understandthat the Exchange lost between $50 to $70 from me and the employees a tip. They need to be educated. Read more
