I called to cancel, and the female manager whoanswered was very professional and understood the situation; and without any issues, she happily refunded the order -immediately. Placed an order totaling $38. Had to callback to check on order on hold for 15, hang up call back placed on hold 15 min. Every... one wants to say sorry, it says here the order is "complete".
