Got food poisoning after eating here. Had their French dip & Swiss sandwich with Au Ju, and was violently sick for 2 days... afterwards. The people were nice, and the atmosphere was okay, but something was "off" with the food. Read more

Worst customer service on November 13th at 4:45pm. I went in a customer had already ordered when her food was ready she said... thank you and Maliki the manager didn?t even say your welcome or smile just put her food on the counter want went on his way. Iwent into Arby?s the manager Maliki decided to take my order he didn?t even seem like he wanted to be at work. He mumbled howcan I help you, didn?t even ask me if I wanted a receipt had to rip it off myself from the machine. Then when he got someoneelse?s order ready for drive-thru he put his whole hand over the fries which is sickening who know where his hands could havebeen ????. Then he litterly mumbled my orders ready and put a napkins in the bag and didn?t ask for any sauce or anything andno smile. He litterly walked away before I even got my order didn?t feel welcomed or anything in this store worst experience Ihave had and will hopefully not return to this location.
