My family and I love McAlister's, definitely a go to restaurant with a wide variety of food for everyone. I got the Southwest... Chicken Salad and there was a little beetle in it, nothing too serious (I'm sure it landed in there while it was sitting out).They were super nice about it and switched it out for me and gave me a refund. I recommend it to anyone. They also have glutenfree options(like bread for the clubs), so that's a plus. Read more

I have had two experiences with this restaurant. My first I ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich. When I got home I... realized that my sandwich was LITERALLY two bites, and my soup cup was not filled up past the halfway mark. I reached out to thestore via email and I was given points to make up for it. The amount of points I was given amounted to a free drink...I wasupset by this, as it didn't even come close to fixing the situation. On 10/23/22 I went back in and ordered the same thing againhoping for a better experience. This time the sandwich was substantially larger, but instead of ordering a cup of soup I paidextra for a bowl of soup. When I got home to open my soup it was half full... but the bowl they use has a centimeter ledge onthe bottom of the bowl so it was probably 1/4 full. When I put my spoon into the soup the scooping part of the spoon was noteven half covered. This company is trying to cheat you out of your money. DO NOT GO HERE! Read more
