Employee did not listen or care about the sub that I was paying for. It was just awful. I asked for mustard and got the whole... bottle. It was plugged with dry mustard. She squeezed it so hard it all came out. I don't care for a mustard sandwich. She justleft it like that. I will no longer use subway. Read more
This was out firstime ordering from subway since moving here and we were very disappointed. All the items were wrong. One item... ordered was a protien bowl with a veggie patty which was orignaly cost 12.48 what we recived was a salad with no patty whichwould have costed us half the price. The foot long sandwiches came with all the toopings fallen out of the bread the sauce wasall over the inner wrapper and and to top it off they also the wrong items. We won't be ordering from them again. there is amuch better sanwich option in town and they have a lot better food and service. Read more
Love that Subway on 18th street in Laramie and Wal-Mart.... People r friendly, an fast making the sandwiches. U can joke around... and they r friendly about it, and joke back.... Things always look fresh.... Always go back and my Grandson loves telling themwhat he likes on his sandwich... Read more
Horrible service: workers ignored customers, had a nasty attitude, and seemed as if they hated each other. On top of that, the... place is dirty. Not like Subways I'm used too. I'm surprised they don't get their franchise yanked. Read more

They said it wasn?t ready yet so I stood outside the line and... watched as they proceeded to make the orders of everyone who came in after me until there was no one left and they finallydecided to work on my order, about 50 minutes after the order was originally placed. Then they told me they just ran out of thesupplies for one of my subs on the last order they made and tried to charge me extra to replace it with a sub that cost roughly$0.50 more and I had been waiting for an entire our to get 2 subs.
