We had several locals recommend this place when we asked "where is the best place for breakfast?" The Good Egg ... did not disappoint! I got this huge chicken steak plus eggs plus buttered toast plus coffee for $15. My wife went more traditional with eggs and ham and was very happy with her selection. We visited September 2022 on a weekday. I must admit for only two people on staff they did an amazing job of taking care of all their customers. Read more

The food was amazing. The person I traveled with had the chicken and waffles and absolutely loved it. I had the French toast,... it was good but not over the top amazing. Being a vegetarian it would be nice to eat a food that doesn't have the hint of meattaste because it is cooked on the same grill. The only reason I gave them 4 stars not 5. The atmosphere here is definitelycalm and a reminder that we need to slow down. Maybe it was because they were a bit short handed but our server Dominic wasamazing and very friendly. Read more
Disappointing to say the least. We waited a very long time for our food. My Benedict was very dried out as though it had sat... under the warmer for quite some time. Meat was dry and the eggs over cooked. Hash browns were mushy. My Granddaughter had theFrench toast, it was mediocre.
