Good food and service with a few vegan options on the menu. We tried the granola and honey wrap which was good but a little dry.... We also ordered a PB&J bagel however the ingredients were separated into take out ramekins. Note to management: you should letpeople know/ask if they want the ingredients on the side or assembled. We really enjoyed our food and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the cinnamon rolls - they're the size of my face, lol.... We'll definitely be stopping back in the next time we visit Laramie. Read more
Dropped my kid off at UW. my first impression of turtle rock was that it was a plant store or something, but as we got closer... the charm was immediately apparent. It has great food solid coffee and is everything you would want in a neighborhood coffeeshop. Had to swing by one more time before leaving, and will definitely be back when in town. Read more

I have been a huge fan of Turtle Rock for years. However, the customer service is extremely bad as of late. One employee in... particular is extremely rude every time I go in to myself and others. There is a nicer way for her to accomplish her mission ingetting the door closed or managing customers than her current practices, and in general employees seem annoyed. The food anddrinks are always outstanding, but please improve the customer service. Read more
