I made a 4 hour round trip JUST to eat here & I would gladly do it again! I can?t say enough good things about this place, from... the quaint atmosphere, friendly owners and the phenomenal food. I tried several different kekas recommended by the owner andnever had a bad dish. The prices are unbelievably low especially for the huge servings. The hibiscus tea was so refreshing &fragrant. Good From start to finish. 4 different hot sauce 15 Kekas tacos. First time having this item thay are good Appetizer. The mole... was excellent. This place has a unique cuisine. I order 3 different fillings for the KEKAS ( chicharrón en salsa verde, picadillo Norteño... and rajas and a Super fajita taco. The KEKAS were good and crunchy, truly a different experience. The super fajita taco lacked alot of flavor, definitely not worth the $15. Place had good ambiance and the owners were very friendly but I don?t see myselfreturning. Read more

Wish I?d taken a photo, the plate of kekas was beautiful piled high with shredded lettuce and crema making for the perfect bite.... I?ve never had kekas so ordered an assortment. The chicken mole was my favorite (it always is when done well). Cochinita pibilwas close second. Don?t be thrown off by the small space!
