I come to this restaurant almost weekly. To be hung up on 4 times and once by the manager was the final straw for me. Losing a... customer because you all messed up my order and not even wanting to hear me out? Management will be getting a piece of my mind.They hang up on customers asking about their orders.. what happened to “Our to go promise? “ Do not order from here if youwant the worst service possible. Very well recieved by staff. However, sometimes I have to wait and call them since they tend to forget or take too long to get... back to you or bring the drink of a simple beer that was ordered. The place is always packed when I go but I like to be at thebar so I am having to wait for a table. Other than faster service from the bartenders, Olive Garden is always a place I likegoing to from time to time. Cocktail drinks did go up in price I noticed. Read more
