One of the best places that has great food.
I think this is a new business. Snacks weren't as good as previous snack owner.
Horrible horrible customer service. I can?t a business would do what they did to me. I ordered a Mango raspa preparada and a... small elote. The elote was good but they gave me a tamarindo raspa and I was confused to what it was until they told me. I toldthe lady at the window that this was not what I ordered and she told me to give her a second and closed the window and proceededto talk with the man that took my order. Then the man opened the window and asked me what I ordered and I told him I ordered aMango raspa preparada. He then told me no, thats not what I ordered. I told him as anyone would, that no I ordered a mango one.He explained to me that he assured with me twice that my order was the one that they gave me and idk if I or he misheard, butthe fact that he told me he wasn?t going to get me a mango one because it was already charged and that if they change it that itwas gonna charge them. So I asked him ?so youre not gonna change it?? And explained that he wasnt because of the line I hadbehind me and that it was going to affect the others. At this point I just left without the raspa which I handed back to them. Ijust was in shock of how bad they handled the situation. It was just as easy to change the raspa for me and say say sorry forthe misunderstanding or something but no. I?m never coming here again and never recommending to family and friends. That guyneeds some better training, I hope he wasn?t the owner because thats just embarrassing and unacceptable. DONT COME HERE Read more
