VERY clean Whataburger! Staff were friendly and the good came out hot and fast.
Employees are always nice, but there has never been a time I went to this exact whataburger & they always in some shape, way, or... form forget something or mess up my order, like my BBQ chicken strip sandwich that came with 0 BBQ sauce or how they always askme what ketchup I want but either don't put it on only give me regular. Also the other reviews talking about the managers arevery alarming. Read more

WORSE MANAGER EVER. Food was fine but our soda had no syrup, we asked if they can check it and they just gave us the same soda.... we asked again and the manager told us that?s the way it comes so we asked for Dr Pepper and she said it?s going to be the samething. Then she?s asked us ? so what do you want?? With the worst attitude!! So We just asked for a refund for our drink and shesnatched the receipt out of our hand. We told her that as a manager she should be more accommodating and that she was rude. Sheprocessed to tell us that she?s not rude and that this is the first complaint she had in seventeen years and laughed in ourface. She could not even apologize right. She was trying to close the window in our face as we were talking to her. She?s was soinappropriate and should not be a manager. The worker were more accommodating then she was!
