I have been there a few times very recently and received excellent service because at the times I was going there weren't many... or any other customers. That being said... The employee that prepared my sandwich on visit #3 must have thought I wanted it fastnot cooked. I hope that was a 1 timer. The previous visits however were very good. Great tasting sandwiches cooked just rightand great tasting ice coffee ( no burned or other flavors mixed in ) that is very common at other locations. I like coffeeflavored coffee and that's not always easy to get these days. So I'm going to continue to go there because I love Dunkin Donuts.Hopefully the service and quality will not only continue to be good but I hope they get better. Read more
Dreadful would be an understatement. I have visited 29 States on my travels and this worst coffee shop I have ever visited on my... 10+ years of travelling. This is primarily down to the staff, which didn?t know the menu, forgot to make specific drinks andlooked completely disengaged. Complete waste of money as two of the three ?plain? coffees were pumped with probably half aflask of unidentified syrup which made them unconsumable. Highly recommend staying on the road for an extra few minutes and goto a coffee shop that actually wants to serve you. Read more
This place has took a turn over the past cpl months. Always wait 20+ min at any time and they are ALWAYS out of stuff. Flavors,... bagels, donuts, I've even been told "we have no food at all" at 11am. Love Dunkin, I stop by 3-4 times a week. I have high hopeseverytime and it just seems to get worse. I would give 0 stars if google allowed. This location is horrible. You order and they get your drinks completely wrong and then... the staff members blame you for their mistake. When you pull up at the register window the old lady at the front taking paymentrefuses to fix your drink as she says she?s right and says just read your sticker that?s how this works.
