The lobby was locked when I walked over just after 7pm, but the door says lobby hours are until 930pm. The worker inside said to... go around to the drive through, but I didn't drive and they didn't serve me. I called the restaurant but the number isconstantly busy. This KFC is always having issues. I place mobile orders so my food will be ready when I arrive. It is never ready and I usually... end up waiting 20 minutes for an order that was placed 20-30 minutes prior. Apparently I never learn my lesson, and when I wenttonight to get my order I was told the restaurant was closed, this was at 8PM and posted hours state 10PM. The male was rudewhen I said ?Excuse me?? and he repeated, ?We?re closed.? I told him I had a mobile order and he even more rudely told me topull up to the window. I was told by the manager, who was a bit kinder, that she had none of my order and would not be able tomake it, and that she would not be able to issue a refund because I placed the order in the app. I had to call Customer Serviceto get my refund and also reported the incident. No one was apologetic and the icing on top was that cook was outside having asmoke break while there were 3 cars in the drive thru waiting to be served and multiple customers waiting in their cars fororders they already paid for. Just stopped by KFC at 9pm. I sat in the drive through in front of a fully lit menu while staring at the open until 930pm sign. ... After a few minutes with no answer or acknowledgment I called the KFC. They answered almost immediately. I asked if they wereclosed and I was told yes immediately. I ordered KFC through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 6:29 pm. We went to the wrong location and got to Walsingham... and it was STILL not ready. My mom had to wait 35minutes. The lady at the counter was rude and serving people through the drivethru before us and telling them to leave a good rating that she was pleasant when she definitely was NOT. Never going hereagain.
