I stopped in to see if this particular restaurant was participating in the free sandwich promotion and met Shauna and Tae, both... of which were a total delight! They were not only welcoming and even happy to help the customers but genuinely loved their jobs.They were a joy to talk with while making my food, and because of them, I will drive out of my way to visit this store. Went in during my lunch break and was immediately greeted and felt welcomed by Quail. I originally came in because I thought the... Happy Hour promotion was still active, but unfortunately It had ended. I was unsure of what to buy as I rarely go to Subway forsandwiches, I usually just come for cookies, he with out hesitation told me about the new Series sandwiches. He started askingme what items I liked and helped me pair together a perfect sandwich dispite having a picky appetite. I kept apologizing becauseI felt like I was taking up to much of his time and he told me it was his pleasure to help me. He by far exceeded myexpectations with his friendliness, customer service, as well as my overall experience at Subway.
