My daughter's friend purchased crabs from this place the other day. They were so good, I figured that I would purchased some... today. Well today, they were HORRIBLE and HORRIBLY small. The next size down would have been a hermit crab. When I asked tosee the small because the largest males they had were medium. He said they didn't have any smalls. I am certain that theydidn't because the medium size was SUPER SMALL. I said these are horrible, he just shrugged he shoulders. Purchased large males. Was disappointed that they we regular size, mealy and still cost me $75. I called the store and the... manager was very pleasant and obliging. He had me bring back the 10 unopened crabs for a refund. Had the lady behind theregister been more customer service oriented I would have rated better. She act as if I had stolen the crabs and the credit cardI used to pay for them. Couldn't believe she was trying to compare the numbers from the receipt to the card but was holding thecredit card upside down. I kid you not. When the crabs are spot on the LARGE size are delicious. Thing is for so much money youwant to get LARGE crabs from the LARGE price. Hey HOMEBOYS don't try to get over on the customer's. Honesty is the best policyand keeps the customers coming back. Today (7-31-2022) I bought a half dozen extra large male crabs. They were about $60 which I?m not mad about. I know everything... is high right about now especially crabs. However, the crabs were bad and I knew because they smelt like ammonia when I crackedthem open. I ate half a crab and an hour later I was hovered over the porcelain throne. Couldn?t even eat them. I called themjust to make them aware the crabs were bad and smelt like ammonia. I knew I wouldn?t get my money back, but I just don?t wantanyone else to get sick. They offered to exchange them, but no thanks ???? I even doubt I can hold anything down right now. Ijust know not to order crabs from Homeboys again. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the hush puppies were good.Don?t get crabs from this place! Read more

Waited 30 MINUTES for a small soup. asked for a refund and the employee said the manager was in the back and refused to even let... them know i was waiting for him and wanted a refund saying she can?t rush him she needs to wait until he comes out on his own??? THE WORST customer service. I was very polite and DID NOT get the refund due to their refusal of being the manager out. DONOT GO HERE.
