The manager was rude and disrespectful it was a bad experience yesterday and that was my first time going thru that. They asked... my name 3 times and then said let me see your id then he says to me why you didn?t put your whole name up on the online order. Iwas baffled by his actions. I then get my chicken and asked for utensils 3 times and I finally got it. I will never spendanother dollar at Ledos. Read more
My husband pick up Lasagna for lunch and it was horrible. The pan was filled with mostly sauce, the noodles over cooked and the... taste was bland. Never again ???? will I eat at this location. Read more
I placed an order today. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later. I paid and was not given... any food. I asked the man for cheese and peppers and was told there was not any, but another customer asked a young lady forpeppers and she gave him some. I waited 15 more minutes after paying and stated, "I called my order in a hour ago is it notready." He looks and sees my pizza has been ready, but no wings. Everyone is confused. They scramble to make wings and tried togive me a cold pizza. I said my pizza is cold now. I still waiting and no reason to why my food was not prepared. They gave methe same cold pizza. I went here after placing an online order. I?ve been to this location before and never had issues previously. But this... particular time when I went to go pick up my order, they stated they needed to see my ID to confirm it was my order. Because Iwasn?t aware of this new policy until I got in the store I didn?t have my ID nor was I going back to my car to get it because Ihad my child with me who the pizza was for. I wasn?t expecting to have an identity check just to pick up my pizza. Once I statedI didn?t have my ID they told me they needed to call my phone instead. What doesn?t make sense is they could?ve of simply lookedat the online transaction receipt that I was showing them from my phone. They refused to do that. They were very persistent inwanting to call my phone just confirm I?m the right person picking up my order. When he saw my phone number that was listed onthe receipt was not ringing they refused me my pizza because according to them they could not identify who I was. My phone wason silent so I wasn?t aware at that moment of why I didn?t see the store number calling. I?m assuming they?ve had people in thepast stealing orders. When I showed them the number they were calling from showing in my call log they still refused my pizzathat was already paid for!!! But somehow when I asked for my refund they were very willing to give me my refund without askingfor the same ID they needed for me picking up my pizza. They didn?t mention calling my phone to confirm who I was to make surethey were giving money back to the right person who ordered. . That made no sense! I reached out to corporate the same day and Ihave yet to hear a response. Read more
