Who throws a rack of Barbecue Ribs on Mashed Potatoes??? Apparently Longhorn Steakhouse does. I feel like it's a "Hit or Miss"... with this location depending on the time of day, day of the week, or just maybe a particular group of workers. Visit beforelast, my wife was missing a side, last visit was fine and now this! I Rarely.. Ever leave negative reviews UNLESS it's welldeserved. This was one of those occasions. Get it together.. To start off the guy who seated us said it would be about a half hour before seating (I was cool with that). Gave him my number... and received the confirmation text that he had the correct number. 40 minutes later we walked in, I told him that I neverreceived the text that the table was ready. He scanned his seating chart and said we had never given him my number. I showed thetext and still held on to his lie. At the table we had no utensils and no waiter. There were 4 tables occupied at that time. Weordered and everything came back wrong. No apology. Our server tried to fix things by then it was way past too late. Had a very good time. Drinks are deliciously strong, you get your moneys worth. I had Ulta margarita, only had 1. Usually I'd... drink 2, but 1 is all you need unless you want to be drunk. Food was great. I had steak, 8 fried shrimp, gigantic baked potatoand gigantic house salad, paid like $20.50, they give you a lot of food for your money. Our server was the best. She wasdelightful, very friendly and kind, best server I've had in a very long time. Soon as we walked in we were seated. No wait,that's what I loved. Atmosphere was cool and pleasant. Overall dining experience was ok my server Keon check back with me often just a few things that didn't meet my expectations for... the visit to MOD the restaurant was freezing cold very uncomfortable for eating and the French onion soup was very salty, thepilaf rice was very bland not like the pilaf rice I've tasted in other countries please work on restaurant comfort I felt asthough I had to go get my sweater out of car for dining the steak was cooked perfectly good job.
