The pizza buffet was horrible the pizza was hard, rude employees and didn't even ask if we wanted refills

I ordered my pizzas at 5p.m. At 6.30 we still didn't have our order. I drove up to the store and was told my pizzas had been... sitting in the warmer for over an hour due to no delivery person. I asked why I wasn't contacted since my number was on my orderwhen I placed it and got no answer. The man I talked to was the manager. I'm very discouraged with this store and noaccountability for bad customer service. I won't order food from them again. It's sad because we are a small town with not manyordering out options.
