Kiosk for ordering worked well. Place was bust at close to 10:30. People must have been wanting breakfast. Drive though was... full. We ordered inside and it was quick and ez. Group of older men solving the world's problems at one table. Otherwiseeveryone was ordering to go. Read more
It?s always a hit and miss here. Sometimes you get fresh and sometimes you get old nasty. I Always like to go when it?s full... cause then your more then likely to get fresh fresh. This was the most disgusting McDonald's food I have EVER had! My double cheeseburger was frozen cold rock solid and only had... mustard and onions on it. I didn't even care to go back in and tell them. How do you even let food like that leave the kitchen???????? Read more
Mobile order sat on the counter for 10 min only waiting for my drink. The fries were cold, the burger cold-cheese wasn?t even... melted, and we got the wrong drink. All the person at the counter said was sorry, so I guess that made it all better. Read more
It took me a while to write this review because I go back on occasion to see if things have improved but overall, it has not. My... worst experience at this location was when I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was made fun of by the guy taking the orderbecause I didn't want eggs on it. The other issues are things McDonald's is known for all over: ice cream/slushy/ frappemachines not working, messed up orders and out of items that are expected to be there for instance orange juice. I am not goingto complain about the wait, because they are short staff and they do apologize for that unlike another fast food restaurant intown. Read more
It?s McDonald?s.. I don?t expect a 5 star service but this location is very unsanitary. The tables aren?t clean, the floor isn?t... clean and my spicy chicken sandwich had old brown lettuce in it. 2 hand sanitizing stations don?t work either. Don?t recommendeating at this specific McDonald?s. If I could, I?d give this place zero stars. Never seen a more disgusting McDonald?s thanthis one. Please for your own sake, don?t eat here. We entered and had to wait ten minutes for service at the counter. The young lady taking my order acted as though she couldn't... care less. I asked to use the app code for free coffee and was told I could not buy a large decaf. It had to be a specialtycoffee. She then got frustrated when I had to choose a latte wanted. We placed the order at 4:37 and it was brought forward at4:52. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant that length of wait for soggy, cold fries & tepid burgers with so littlegreen chili that we had to hunt for it. For $2.50, those burgers were a VERY SAD value choice. The restaurant was clean and thewoman's bathroom was immaculate, however - the men's was so/so. All-in-all, we should have gone to Sonic or Burger King. Read more
