Love it! I get the Hazulnt Chocolate Milk with light ice. It's an awesome drink but must say light ice! If you don't, they give... you a ton of ice and no drink. Line time is alright, wouldn't say the best time but other than that, Dutch Bros is my fav! Read more
Dutch Bros is a drive-through coffee and beverage business, with a very specific and successful business formula. You don't go... there for food or atmosphere, you go there to pick up coffee, smoothies and such. I love their coffee, it's better than SB, imo,and you can do sugar-free on almost all of their coffee drinks. Service at my local DB is a bit spotty-- sometimes they areon-track, sometimes rather slow. Oddly, shorter lines seem to throw them off their game. But they are always nice, cheerful andfriendly. As a Dutch Bros owner from Colorado. We need to clean off cups, when given to our customers. Had lots of caramel drizzle on the... outside of the cup. This can be easily fixed. No hate just a visual. Everything else is top notch. Read more
It took over 15 minutes for my order. Ordered 3 SUGAR FREE DOUBLE TORTURES (stated this 3 times on my order to stress... importance) . None were sugar free when arriving to work. My low carb drinkers and diabetics felt it. Please train staff to bemore diligent with special dietary orders as it can negatively impact someones health. Read more
