I?m really disappointed! We waited over 30 mins in a busy line and they made my drink totally wrong. I ordered a Vanilla... Chia-substitute Almond- with 2 shots of coffee, half-and-half milk, but they forgot the coffee. The lady asked if I wanted themto remake it, I said yes please, and this time they forgot the Chai because it was a Vanilla Latte of some sort, definitely NOTAlmond and I'm pretty sure they used skim milk because it was not good at all. I was really excited that I had the opportunityto get Dutch Brothers Coffee because I had only ever had it once before and it was really good. This time, it was totallydisappointing, and I don't think I'll go back because it was a negative and expensive experience. Side note: this caused anargument because of the amount of time it took to wait in line and make everything, which almost made us late to my daughter'ssoftball game. It was supposed to be a treat and fun but was the total opposite. About 30mins later, at the game, my husband anddaughter threw their barely-drunken Dutch Brothers coffee drinks away and said they just didn't taste right, something about themilk in both of them was "off" and didn't taste right. The day shift has been making the drinks watered down and very milky got the golden eagle late afternoon and was delicious on a... Thursday could taste the coffee but returned the next day and day shift made it too milky feel like I?m drinking 2 % milk withcaramel. I gave them another chance and came Saturday and the drink was the same let them know. They remade it and still tastedlike pure milk. Really disappointed. I ordered an extra shot of espresso and still tasted like milk. Read more
