My sausage and pepperoni pizza was not really very good. The crust was way too doughy. And too thick. It was almost sauce free.... I mean that I had to look for some sauce. There was about a tablespoon of sauce on my 14 inch pizza. Very disappointed. Thisplace does not deserve such high feedback. I suspect that they give themselves feedback. Read more
So we have always loved their food and service! They are great! The one time we had an issue with delivery the manager contacted... us and immediately corrected it and truly made good on it! The first pizza is what they advertise the second pizza is what we got. When I called to complain I was told I would get a... refund. I did not. If you zoom in you can see the little plastic thing that is supposed to keep the box off of the top of thepizza is smashed into the pizza it also looks like the delivery driver carried the pizza to the door sideways. On pizza 1 youcan clearly see toppings and cheese. Not so much on pizza 2 hardly any toppings, little cheese and unpleasing to the eye. Iwould have been happy with pizza 1 and given a good review. If you read Melissa Connells review she is my girlfriend and youcan see what Pizza Palazzos answer was and you can decide for your self who is telling the truth. I will never order from themagain.
