I dream of stumbling upon obscure restaurants with a huge wow factor. The service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. They... even have seafood ramen, which is hard to find in Las Vegas. Another thing that makes this place stand out is it was spotless.I watched with delight as tables were being meticulously cleaned. There were no crumbs on the floor, or other signs of previousdiners. OMG, if you haven't tried Bluebei, you need to. The service was great, and the food was amazing. I'm a big fan of baked mussels... and have tried it at other sushi locations, but Bluebei knocked it out of the ball park. It was our first time eating here andwe will definitely be back for more!
