Since I could not find a telephone number to call to discuss my catering menu, I went elsewhere. Not everybody wants to do... business online especially when the site is not very user-friendly. I had questions that I needed answers to and that meant Ineeded a human being to talk to. The place I went to gave me all the help I needed over the phone. I have been here twice. I have it a second chance but won't give it a third. Not a single employee was nice or even smiled. I... felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I politely asked both times for them to drain the black beans and instead they justthrew all the juice on top of my food leaving it soggy. The guy who served us is very rude. We may be new to the place but he didn't have to act so annoyed. For sure we are not the... only people trying this restaurant the first time. Please don't expect everyone to know how to order the food. Other than that,that way he speak to us is not how they suppose to treat their customers. He put a scoop of the bean water or soup to theburrito which made the burrito saggy. The burrito got more bean water to it than the beans itself. One of my favorite quick and healthy meal place. I love their yummy big salads/tostadas, also one of the things I like about... this place too ,is that all the ingredients are freshly prepared and served in front of you and you can customize your order inany way you want. Everything they have is fresh and delicious. Love that they make fresh flour tortillas. They also have a goodrewards app where you can earn free meal when you collect enough points. This is definitely our go-to for Mexican-American foodwith healthy options. Restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff is not welcoming and they definitely lack a customer service,so that?s the reason for a four star review. At the other locations customer service is much better, they welcome you with asmile, but not at this location.
