Just went to Capriotti's and picked up food. I was surprised when I got home and found that the lettuce on the sandwich and all... of the lettuce in the salad had to be thrown in the trash because it was all brown. They have bright lights in the restaurant soI'm sure they could see that the lettuce was going bad and just didn't care. Read more
Worst Capistrano ever ordered from them. Super thin meat and a ton of coleslaw. No cheese to be found and sandwich bread was... hard like it was old and had never been heated. This is the third order in a row I didn?t get the chips I ordered. Called thestore and they said yes, they had them in stock. Capriotti's has always been a great Sandwich shop, but from today and forward, I'll never get another Sandwich again!. Walked in... to get a "The Bobbie"and found one (1) employee inside the shop and the other two (2) on the side of the Sandwich Shop gettingextremely high!! I?ve been going to Capriotti?s since 2006 and the Capastrami has always been my favorite! Very delicious!! Sandwiches have... gotten way smaller at all locations! This location is ok, always different staff, friendly and prompt tho. I really miss the oldCapriotti?s service and quality from before. Read more

I don?t ever leave reviews unless a horrible experience or the product is horrible. The product was disgusting! I ordered a... meatball sandwich. I get home and find a cold azz sandwich with single meatball at each end. It was mostly bread and saucesloppily made. If you can?t take pride in making the best damn sandwich ever (it?s simple).
