Thursday November 17at approximately 2:45 PM we entered the restaurant to eat. We waited several minutes for someone to seat us.... We saw no one. There were a few customers in the restaurant but no waitresses. In fact my boyfriend went towards the back tocall for someone who then assisted us.However what was most disturbing was when we first arrived we noticed two people on theside of the building smoking or whatever who were in fact employees. Both employees entered the building from the side. Thefemale went to the back. The male employee was the bartender who returned to the bar without washing his hands and picked up acouple of glasses and reacted to us with a slight wave. The idea that he did not wash his hands and the waitress did not mentionit to him either indicates possible unsanitary and unsafe conditions. We decided not to eat at that restaurant. This was supposed to be one of the highlights of our trip to the US this summer, but we were quite disappointed. We had good... memory's from a Chili's restaurant we had been to during a trip to the east coast, so we had planned to eat at Chili's againthis summer. As I said, we were quite disappointed. This restaurant really needs renovation. It feels quite old and dirty. Ileft my bag on the floor, next to my chair while we were eating. When I picked it up, it had some sticky stains on it. Veryunpleasant. The food tasted good, but the presentation was quite unpolished. You can judge yourself from the picturesattached. The only thing that was at or above expectations was the service, which was very good. But I come from Paris, wherethe service is usually quite unfriendly. I guess my bar is pretty low. Wow what a pleasant lunch! we had the best server we have ever had in the 7 years of being married Joe was absolutely aces if we... could we'd give him ten stars he's super funny nice and polite everything was perfect never forgot a drink and brought outeverything super fast the Baby was super happy cause he brought out his fries 1st what a win we ended our beautiful Sundaymorning with one of the nicest waiters we've ever had the pleasure of meeting if yr in the area come in and see Joe he will makeyr visit one to remember one of coolest things was the robot who delivered our food the robot came so fast we missed him so weasked him to bring him back to we could me the little guy that was cool I've never seen that before its sooo cool i cant lie thefuture is at this location so if yr in the area make sure you come in and ask for Joe it was worth every penny we left paying$23 and trust me you can't beat that these days in vegas for 2 people in total I paid exactly $30 for the best lunch we've hadin long time it definitely makes a difference when you have amazing service like we had today ill definitely be coming back nextSunday after church thanks chillis lunch was amazing ???? The server/ bartender that works nights had absolutely no type of customer service skills at all. Was extremely rude when she... finally decided to greet us. I'm surprised she's even able to work there. She brought us our drinks we ordered & slammed ordrinks on the end of the table as she walked by without saying anything to us. We left right after she did this, didn't evenorder our dinner. As we're startng off with just waters to drink, doesn't mean we wouldn't take care of our server as ourserver would take care of us. So we went somewhere else & had a much better experience for our dinner. Read more

We had a rare experience at Chili's. We were in town for a soccer tournament. This Chili's is in a great location for shopping.... We came in for a late dinner with our family of 5. We got there about 2 hours before closing and the place was completely empty.We felt like royalty. Our server Jason was amazing! He was fun, informative and great at his job.
