So we ordered general TSO chicken, and it was spiced with jalapeno (not even close to right). It was ready in 5 min, so that... means nothing was prepared to order. Find a better place to get food from, you won't even get Chinese from these clowns. Read more
Been meaning to review this place. The food is always made to order. And recently we have been stopping in to pick up our order... instead of using door dash because the staff is just so nice. I placed an order through DoorDash. The main reason for the order was that I wanted boba drinks. But, since I was ordering, I... went ahead and ordered a couple of appetizers as well. Less than 5 minutes after I placed my order, someone from the restaurantcalled to inform me that they were out of boba. She asked if I still wanted the food, or if I wanted to cancel the entire order.I asked her to please cancel the entire order since they were unable to fulfill the order. The woman said ok and hung up. About15 minutes later, the DoorDash driver called and asked if I had cancelled the order. I explained what had happened to her andshe let me know that I should take the items that the restaurant could provide because, if I cancel the entire order, therestaurant would still charge me for the order, which the person from the restaurant did not explain. Annoyed, I agreed to takethe partial order. Though it was not her fault, the driver actually took the time to call driver support at DoorDash and explainthe situation. DoorDash did end up giving me a full refund. Think twice about ordering from such a shady business. I will neverorder from China A Go Go again! Read more
