As a local, I stopped by there to buy food after I bought a few pair of shoes from Skechers. I work as a full-time Nurse and... needed shoes after working a full 12 hour graveyardshift at the local hospital. I decided to step into this particular Chipotlesince it was on my way out after purchasing shoes from Skechers. A large Hispanic group was purchasing their food AFTER me andone of the men and women in the group LITERALLY PUSHED ME with their hands out of the way to the cashier. I finally spoke up andsaid their actions were inappropriate, and I told them what they did. The Hispanic man in the group, dropped his head and said,"You are right. We apologize." There were 5 Hispanic women and 1 Hispanic man. One of the Hispanic women then said to me inperfect English "When Hispanics are in a group and we don't speak English, this is how we are." I then proceeded to say to her,"Stop lying. You just spoke perfect English to me, and the man and women who just pushed me, apologized to me, after I calledthem out." (I am originally from California. My children's Godparents are from Nyarit, Mexico, and my uncles are from ElSalvador). That's when the Hispanic man stopped the Hispanic woman from lying to me (mind you the Hispanic women and man droppedtheir heads, could not look me in my eyes). This all happened at the register in front of a young Black Gay Man of Chipotle.When I went to pay for my food AFTER the Hispanic group apologized to me because they knew they were wrong, the young gay Blackman/cashier, literally rolled his eyes at me, smacked his lips very loudly, and asked what did I want. I told him I wanted topay for my food, which was right there in front of him. As a local, we all know we don't go to Chipotle. We go to Los Rivas forreal Mexican food. Warning, if you are a local, do not go to the tourist traps. Just buy your stuff at the outlets if you haveto, and support the local restaurants. Read more
This is maybe the dirtiest most poorly run Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Tables: filthy. Floors: filthy. Paid for a drink and ALL... of the specialty drinks are empty and several of the fountain drinks as well. I just got a refund for the drink and had water.Hope I don?t get sick. Read more
I went with a simple expectation that I will get a Chicken Bowl which should fill my stomach but does not looked like the... server at Chipotle had the same intention. It seemed like the server was on a very tight budget. I ordered two Chicken bowlsfor two people. The server started adding two teaspoons of everything and I mean it when I say two teaspoons. Negligible amountof rice, beans, dry chicken, corn, tomatoes and salsa that?s it!!! No lettuce, no fried veggies, no cheese and only the spicyred salsa. The quantity was so less that I was still empty and this is just not acceptable. I have been to Chipotle so manytimes at different places and I have never been so disappointed and annoyed. They charged in in full but given me half thebowl. This practice at this chipotle looked far below the standard what chipotle offers generally at other stores. This isuninviting and rude experience. Placed order for pickup as soon as they opened and received old guac with hard pieces of who knows what and burrito hard to chew... as if meat was not cut properly and shell was cold when wrapped, overstuffed with beans and rice! Read more
