decent dim sum, but no family recipes here. very thick rice noodles, as opposed to thin and light. the BBQ pork / char siu was... just tiny chunks of red meat and tasted old. baked bread is good, but none of our different buns were stuffed very full. placewas clean, service was excellent, and servers made several good recommendations. It?s our first time eating here and compared to Tim Ho Wan in Hong Kong it?s pretty good. Orders come out super fast, they are... hot and fresh. I believed we have a total of 13 dishes we tried. The Chinese broccoli is awesome, also the Chicken Siomai, thechicken feet is so tender. The lo mein is excellent with perfectly cooked noodles. The best is the beef bun?.baked toperfection. The food are great. I would have given them a five start except you have to asked for small things like saucers,napkins and water. From Virginia. So funny story, my wife and I actually already sat down at Ping Pang Pong after 10 minutes of lining up. This was... dinner time. We saw the menu and they only had 6 dim sum options I guess cuz it's after brunch. Anyway we left and we found thislocation Dim Sum Cafe. In short we made the right choice.
