I had quit going to Dotty's because the customer service had gotten so bad. I used to go almost everyday and always got 100 for... my bday but the last few years I just gave up going until I stopped in at this store. The staff was always friendly no matterwhat time I camebut unfortunately nothing last forever. Lately there has been new people and service has gone way down. I wasthere Thursday, it wasn't busy . There was a woman behind the counter and it was obvious she was working on something but shehad time to stop and gossip about customers with her coworker and never once acknowledge me standing there. I waited 6 minutesand finally asked if I should come back at a later time. The coworker came back about then and offered to help me. I bought cigsbut still left because they never brought our drinks although they were behind the counter laughing about customers for Another5 or 7 minutes. I know it's not that hard to look up at a customer and greet them and tell them it will be a couple minutes ifyou are truly busy but if your just gossiping then stop what your doing and do your job. It is a very good place for you to go and get some time to relax and enjoy yourself. Machines are a bit tight but very good... customer service and very much like family. Everything is great here. May have some staff that are going through things, but ifyou have personal problems leave it at home and if you go to work then leave it at home.
