Finding good Mexican food in Las Vegas has always been hit and miss. We sat at the bar in Eldorado during the lunch hour where... our bartender was attentive & very friendly. They offer gaming and cocktails, but what makes this spot a hit, is their menu. Thepozole is hearty, flavorful and a nice portion. It seriously was one of the best we’ve had in a restaurant. Food was horrible and over seasoned. The first pic is what a street carne asada taco should look like. I recommend hitting up... Letty's downtown Arts district. Went there two days after this place and it was literally and figuratively night and day. Theother pics on the blue plates are this locations street tacos for happy hour and will never come back. The best guacamole I have ever tasted, the lobster tacos are out of this world! I love that their ingredients are locally... sourced when possible. They also pay more for quality meat and you can certainly tell the asada is so tender the Al pastor hasamazing flavor and the chicken is super juicy.
