It's been a bit since I had El Pollo Loco, so decided to stop by and grab some lunch. Going through the drive-thru, I was... greeted at the speaker with, "What do you want?" by a female voice, latina-sounding. After placing my order and pulling up tothe window, I paid for and was given my order. I asked if I could get extra guacamole salsa and the guy there gave me a looklike, "really?" before obtaining two small containers of the salsa. When I got home, I noticed also that my order had flourtortillas, although I had ordered corn. The chicken was a lot drier and tasteless than I remember El Pollo Loco meals to be.Poor service and sub-mediocre food. For this visit, I thought I should be generous and grant the 2-stars. Read more
I like the food, they always have the temps right for the hot meat on the salads. But sometimes the customer service is lacking.... That?s why I only give three stars. If they can raise the bar for customer service, I would give all 5 stars. Read more
I ordered for immediate pickup, and for the third time in a row, am waiting curbside. It?s hot in Vegas and I don?t appreciate... sitting in my car when it?s 105 degrees. Own I have to go inside (again), complain, and not be apologized to. Read more
