Jen and Mai took me there for lunch. Met one of their long time friends their for lunch. The menu was outstanding, the Food,... Service absolutely terrific. Even had other wait staff check on us. We had our lunch under the huge open air covered part of therestaurant, where they had a special designated are for those who brought their dogs. I asked for no bacon on the chicken avocado sandwich but bacon was on it. The fries were soggy and cold and they were out of... everything like mayonnaise. I'm not really upset with the service it's more like shocked that only 1 person was working the first time I visited this place.... Person took my order, cash, then went to the back to start cooking. The young people working were courteous and considerate. The restaurant decor and atmosphere was pleasant and clean. We ordered... the Big Cheese burgers, fried zucchini and onion rings. The buns were old and dry. The patty was thin and dry, no flavor, tepidand tasted like it was cooked hours prior. The fried zucchini batter had flavor but I was not a fan of the fact the fullzucchini is cut in 4ths length wise and battered, t was too thick prepared that way. The onion rings were also too large and thebatter was bland. VERY DISAPPOINTED, will not be back. Fast food burgers are a notch above this burger franchise. Read more
