First time ordering from this location. Won't ever order from here again. App told me food was delivered. Went outside to... nothing. Went to houses on the street in case it was left at the wrong house and nothing still. Called and a woman answered.Told them we didn't get anything and she started saying "we delivered it". Told her obviously you didn't and we have videorecording to prove no one has been at the door this entire time she said "my manager is coming in a few minutes. I'll have himcall you back." We get the call back from the manager and explain what happened. We get a "Well what do you want me to do aboutit?" No apology or other compensation was offered. We told him we wanted our pizza and that we'd pick it up instead. He saidthey could do that but that they'd need to recharge my card for the order and that the refund for the first one would take 3-5days. We said okay nevermind just redeliver the pizza. Manager said they'd call when the pizza was on its way and he did so wewaited outside for it. The delivery guy wasn't wearing any uniform and his car didn't have anything on it either so we at firstdidn't think it was him but he pulled the food out of his car and handed it to us. After seeing all the terrible reviews onhere, I'm not surprised this happened. I wish I would've seen them before I ordered from here. Read more
I ordered online and the never delivered my food to my door, and didn?t give me a refund and just said there was nothing they... could do about it. Terrible service, place deserves to get shut down. And I demand my refund now too. Read more
