The food was the worst cold bacon cold eggs, our server I saw Her one time asked to see a manager never came there over... Seating, not enough good Server's Here..went home ????? and cooked my own Beacon ???????? and ???????? eggs.. Read more
Definitely didn't meet up to the standard my family and I are used to with IHOP, food came out a plate or two at a time, and the... two toddlers should have been the first to get their food if they were going to do that, but it didn't work that way. Won't begoing back to this location. Food wasn't prepared as ordered, and we were told it was because of a new cook on his first day,and the restaurant wasn't busy, but we waited about 25 minutes for our food to start trickling out, and refills on drinks werefew and far between, so long story short, not impressed. This IHOP EXPERIENCE Slowly progressed into what felt like a very disturbing discreetly racially biased situation. Let me... explain: I walked in. Waited to be spoken to for at least 10 minutes. A Hispanic couple walked in 10 minutes after I wasstanding there. And a waitress swoops out of the dish area grabbing their silver and napkins and greeting them. I had to step inand let her know I was first. When I did. She put the silvers down and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. So we went rightoutside the door. They had our number. Came back in 5 minutes later the Hispanic family is seated and ordering. Then when we getto the table we make a simple order.i wanted no bacon or ham just sausage. She brought my plate with bacon and ham. When I toldher she brought the sausage to the table and had me pluck the bacon and ham from my plate and put it on n empty saucer. Like Iwanted extra or something but she's the one who screwed my order up. Didn't even leave syrup for the pancakes... at IHOP!!????Togive it to someone else idk. But whatever. I will never come here again. It's unwelcoming. And fakely friendly it's so fake youcan feel it. I left her a tip but she didn't deserve anything. IHOP- When your staff is not diverse and your customers are.There needs to be quality assurance walking the floor to make sure people are not being served with a bias as far as servicegoes. It's your reputation and everybody loves pancakes. I will never come back here again.
