The food was good but the salad came the same time as the entree.
I've seen more human interaction from people raised by wolves. The server was devoid of any energy or personality as was... everyone else there. The food was entirely undercooked and flies were everywhere. One family just walked out because nobodycame to their table. 45 minutes later when when we left, still nobody had cleared their table. Poor service as if the workers don't care to work. It was 8:30pm, my son and I went for their happy hour special. Ordered 3... items on the menu, 2 Omelettes and a plate of onion rings and fries. The place only had 2 other tables occupied, yet the servicetook longer than usual and we eat there a lot. I asked the waitress and she blamed it on the cook. I asked when we were gettingour order which she couldn't even answer. So we left and went elsewhere, never to return. There were 1 waitress and 1 waiterwith only 2 tables occupied including ours. Very disappointing to experience a decline in service. I called to speak to thenight manager, who was rude and unprofessional kept hanging up the phone because he didn't like what I had to say about theexperience my son and I had that night. Oh well, I guess this IHOP on Warm Springs and Rainbow just lost a loyal customer. We'vebeen going to this location ever since they opened. New faces all the time, turn over rate seems high. I would steer clear ofthis place if you value customer service. I was informed by a day shift employee that the manager that night was namedAngel...Hey Angel, you have a job because your customers keep this location in business, remember that. Delicious breakfast of buttermilk pancakes and eggs with sausage. Decaf coffee was fresh and plentiful. Server was very helpful... and nice. She heated the pancake syrup for my sister who prefers hot syrup rather than room temp. Read more
