Crimson Tuts
This place is bogus. Don't order online from any service app. I ordered a "Large Cluck Chicken Sandwich combo" and it gave me options with "No Crispy Fillet". Reading that, I thought if I wanted a extra crispy fillet, but instead it asked if I didn't want to add the chicken in my chicken sandwich. Why would I order a chicken sandwich and not want to add the chicken? Or order a Oreo Milkshake but give m the option to add no Oreo. This is a rip-off

We went thru the Drive thru and it took really long time for us to get our food. Probably 15 minutes. We got the $5.99 meal. The food was good.

Slowest fast food joint iv ever been to waits 20 minutes just fir the to forget stuff and have to go back through the drive through no one answers phone and lobby door locked waste of time other food got cold not coming back

Came through today 11/2 at 223pm. Guy in the window refused my business because I wouldn't participate in his docking ceremony. I want a burger from you guys, you need money. Probably ought to treat your customers better.

The food was cold for being fresh and we went inside rather than the drive through. The place was incredibly dirty. From the counters too the floors and tables. At 9:30am on a Saturday. I doubt there was a rush. Could be under staffing but no excuses really. The cleanliness made me question my foods prep.

My son & I ordered the CLUCK chicken meal. It's a hefty crunchy chicken sandwich smothered with their own special sauce, topped with a few pickles. My son ordered 1 with pickles and the other without. I requested them to place his pickles in my sammich. Unfortunately, it only contained several, I was looking forward to extra. The CLUCK chicken sandwich meal was simply delicious!! I enjoyed every bite. Ty

I just have to say , I?ve never seen someone pour a drink so slow in my life. This was definitely the slowest service I?ve ever had...also they gave us BBQ sauces that were already half open, what a mess...and when our order was taken , there was no greeting in any way, these employees lack customer service and take their sweet time with everything..took us about 30 minutes to get through the drive through line, I could have gotten my food at a restaurant in that time, it?s called fast food for a reason....

Clean location but terribly slow service. We walked inside to order and four staff members looked at us repeatedly for 5-10 minutes and didn't assist me or the guest in front of us... When they finally assisted us they didn't even greet us. They just walked to the register and looked at us. There was no one in the drive through and only one person in front of us. It should not have taken 20 minutes to be in and out.
