Food is always great. Orders are ready fast. Staff is friendly and smiling. Inside the IRS building and you get parking ticket... validated. If you work downtown this is the place for lunch! Read more
Clean and neat. They will validate your parking ticket in basement parking lot. Food was unique and delicious.
I tried to order "curbside". When I got there Jason's Deli didn't have any designated spots, so I parked in the garage in the 15... minute parking and indicated I had arrived via the text link and got confirmation. 5 minutes later I hadn't gotten anything, soI called and got asked if I could be placed on a "brief hold" which was fine. Another 7 minutes on hold and I went in, figuringmaybe it was busy. There were maybe 5 people in there, all eating at their tables, no line, no employees were preparing food,and the cashier was wiping counters next to the registers... WHILE I WAS STILL ON HOLD. I popped in for a quick lunch, for me this entailed half of a chicken caesars wrap and a small chicken pot pie w/ crispy... pastry. I also had the cranberry oatmeal cookie which became a fav. They ensured everything was hot, fresh, and yummy by thetime it graced my tummy so I'm giving them a 5/5. They were in the middle of a lunch rush an almost forgot my cookie. Had I notchecked the contents of my bag I would had been charged for it and not had it. However they fixed that issue with haste and Iwas pleased with their service. Read more
