Ordered delivery for my food. Was unaware they use Doordash to deliver. My order is missing an item. Between calling doordash n... lil ceasers, I was not reimbursed. The manager never even came to the phone to at least speak to me, instead she told the workerthat I can door dash to pick it for me or pick it up myself. IF I WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP I WOULDN'T HAD IT DELIVERED. NEVER HAVEI ORDERED FROM AN ESTABLISHMENT WHERE THEY DO NOT FIX A PROBLEM THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. You simply could have said wewill give you a credit. The manager could of dropped it of. But to tell a customer to come pick it up themselves is crazy.Hopefully corporate has better customer service. Ordered a classic cheese and a classic pepperoni and it took 35 mins to get my order the people in the back were arguing very... loud with each other about who was going to do what and then one just stormed out and left. While I was waiting in the lobbyroaches walked on by and if I hadn?t waited so long I would have asked for a refund! They were out of packets of cheese and thelady that emerged from that back looked entirely to stressed. Whoever the owners are here need to do better and train theemployees better and probably treat and pay them better as well. I?m surprised this place had not been shut down yet. Read more
Ordered Little Caesars online and used the portal pickup. So easy! Just enter your 3 digit code at the store and out comes your... pizza. The stuffed crust pizza was awesome, and the thin crust was good but could've used a little more cheese since we paid forextra cheese. Overall for the price it was a good deal. Pizza Pizza! ????
