If someone is delivering a order for your company your staff should be more willing to give info on a time frame the order will... be finished . That customer already paid for the meal and it is important to fulfill that order asap . So if the order isalready 10 minutes late and a delivery driver asks approximately how much longer it will take don?t give them attitude like youare doing them the favor . This is the second time I?ve gotten something from this location recently and ordered it exactly the same and both times it has... been stale and overcooked and messy. The girl at the drive thru held onto our order for 20 minutes while we were at the window and refused to give it to us even... though the entire order was in the bag.
