McDonald?s is what it?s always been known for a quick, fast, friendly and most of all a decent menu. However todays visit (of... many previous visits) was very disappointing. My experience today was one of the worst I?ve encountered. I was ordering for 3children 1 teenager and 3 adults. The order was pancake and sausage platter, 2 happy meals, 2 McChicken sandwich, 1 qtr pounderw/cheese and 10pc (buy one get one for a $1 deal) and 1 Big Mac meal. The cashier was having a hard time understanding my orderand I had to repeat several times which I didn?t mind but the exchange was causing our line to grow. When I finally finishedordering $45 later I waited 20 minutes. When I received the order half the items I ordered was missing. This required another 10minutes of explaining and clearing up where the breakdown happened. Long story short it?s a McDonald?s I?ll end up going backbut this location needs some serious training. We had to ask for our drinks because they forgot to give them at the window. Had to go inside to get the McFlurry they forgot to... give us. Got home to find out that the happy meal cheeseburger had nothing on it (no cheese, totally dry), no sauce for thechicken nuggets either (we even asked at the window).
